About X-Ray and Digital Radiography

At Xpert Clinic, our X-ray and Fluoroscopy equipment deliver exceptional workflow and image quality, enabling efficient operations and confident diagnoses while prioritizing patient satisfaction. Our dedication to innovation allows us to integrate advanced technology, elevating the standard of care for every patient.

Advanced Digital X-Ray DR Systems

Premium X-Rays with Minimal Radiation Exposure.

Xpert Clinic offers a comprehensive range of advanced Digital X-Ray systems, reflecting the highest standards of imaging. Our facilities feature the world’s most sophisticated X-Ray systems, including the GE Healthcare Definium 8000 and the latest Wireless DR Systems from Fujifilm Medical Systems and Allengers Medical Systems. These systems are used for all routine X-rays as well as specialized procedures such as barium studies, intravenous urography, HSG, MCU, and more.

Digital Radiology (DR) systems provide exceptional image quality while significantly reducing patient radiation exposure. By digitizing the entire X-ray process, they also enhance the workflow and efficiency of the radiology department.

Just as digital technology has transformed music—producing sharper and clearer sound compared to analog systems—digital X-Rays deliver crisper, more precise images than traditional analog X-Rays, ensuring more accurate diagnoses and improved patient care.

The X-Ray passes through the patient's body and the digital camera (located on the other side of the patient) and captures the resulting image. The digital system stores the images on a hard disk for image retrieval and processing.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’S)

X-Ray fluoroscopy helps diagnose a wide range of conditions, including gastrointestinal problems such as ulcers, reflux, and blockages, joint and bone disorders, certain tumors, and abnormalities in blood vessels.

X-Ray fluoroscopy is a safe procedure, using only minimal radiation to keep risks low. At Xpert Clinic, we follow strict safety protocols to ensure every fluoroscopy procedure is performed with the highest standards of care.

Usually, no special preparation is needed for X-Ray fluoroscopy. However, if contrast agents are used, patients may be required to fast before the procedure.

Certain precautions and preparations are followed before an X-Ray fluoroscopy examination. Generally, the procedure takes between 30 and 60 minutes to complete.

At Xpert Clinic, patients typically receive their X-Ray fluoroscopy results within 24 working hours of the procedure.

Typically, patients do not experience pain during an X-Ray fluoroscopy procedure. Some discomfort may occur depending on the specific test or if contrast agents are used. Patients should promptly inform their healthcare provider if they feel any discomfort so that appropriate adjustments can be made.

Whether you can eat or drink before an X-Ray fluoroscopy depends on the type of procedure. For examinations involving the digestive system, patients may be asked to fast for several hours. It is important to follow the specific instructions provided by your healthcare professional regarding food and drink.

For an X-Ray fluoroscopy appointment, it is recommended to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing without metal buttons, zippers, or accessories. Hospital gowns will also be provided to ensure convenience, as metal objects can interfere with imaging results.

Fluoroscopy is generally avoided during pregnancy unless absolutely necessary, as radiation can pose risks to the developing fetus. It is strongly recommended to consult your healthcare professional in such cases. Fluoroscopy usually does not interfere with metal implants, as X-rays pass through metal. At Xpert Clinic, we carefully assess each case to ensure the safest and most effective imaging experience for every patient.
