- LH / FSH Ratio

- AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone) — ovarian reserve (optional)

IMAGING
- Transvaginal Ultrasound (TVS) / Pelvic USG — to assess polycystic ovaries and endometrial thickness
Notes:
- Diagnosis of PCOS requires clinical + ultrasound + biochemical criteria; testing timing matters.
