Includes the following tests/parameters:
HORMONAL & RESERVE MARKERS
- AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone) — ovarian reserve
- FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone)
- LH (Luteinizing Hormone)
- Prolactin
- Estradiol (E2)
- Progesterone (as per cycle timing)
THYROID & METABOLIC
- TSH, Free T3, Free T4
- Fasting Insulin (if PCOS suspected)
- Fasting Blood Sugar / HbA1c
BASIC LABS & NUTRITION
- CBC
- Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, Folate (if indicated)
IMAGING & ULTRASOUND
- Transvaginal Ultrasound (TVS) / Pelvic USG — follicular assessment
- Hysterosalpingography (HSG) — optional, on clinician referral
Notes:
- AMH can be done any day; timing of FSH/LH/Estradiol/Progesterone depends on cycle — clinician guidance recommended.
