THYROID PANEL
- TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)
- Free T4 (FT4)
- Free T3 (FT3)
- Anti-TPO Antibody (Thyroid peroxidase Ab)
- Anti-Tg Antibody (optional if autoimmune suspected)
Notes:
- Anti-TPO positive suggests autoimmune (Hashimoto/Graves) disease; clinical correlation needed.
